Our newly opened facility in downtown Padua is currently seeking qualified staff to fill key roles in our operations team.

Open Positions:

  • Operation Manager:
    Responsible for the efficient and coordinated management of daily operations.
    Proven experience in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Extensive knowledge of the OnQ operating system.
  • Front Office Manager:
    Supervision and leadership of the front office department.
    Experience in managing front office teams and optimizing check-in/check-out procedures.
    Proficiency in the use of the OnQ operating system.
  • Reception Secretaries:
    Warm welcome to guests and management of reservations.
    Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    Detailed knowledge of the OnQ operating system.
  • Reservation Managers:
    Reservation management and rate optimization.
    Experience in managing revenue management strategies.
    Advanced expertise in using the OnQ operating system.

Common Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in respective positions.
  • Advanced knowledge of the OnQ operating system.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer orientation and customer satisfaction.
